The Unique situation here is that this was a Trane Campus and now since 2015 the campus is 95% Daikin Equipment supplied by Swan Associates. We had several projects at Greenwich Country Day worth Highlighting. • New HVAC upgrade of the Elementary and Middle School including the new Library and dining facility Daikin Vision AHU’s. • Daikin VRV IV for new addition including the state of Art Library. • Daikin Fan Coils. • Custom Chiller. • Covid Upgrade of all AHU’s and Ducted area’s in the Elementary and Middle School (this targeted all classrooms, library and dining facilities. Dynamic Air Filtration Systems in combination with UV Resources UV lights that were installed in all Daikin Vision AHU’s and Duct mounted in all VRV systems through out the Elementary and Middle schools. • This was to increase the air quality to MERV 15 level while keeping all static pressure the same throughout the buildings. • The New High School (Stanwich Property) Completion 2021This Package included. • VRV IV Both Indoor and Outdoor Condensing Units. • Daikin Mini Splits. • Daikin Rebel Packaged Rooftops and DOAS Units. • Daikin Destiny Rooftop AHU’s and Condensing Units. • Daikin Cabinet Unit Heaters. • ETI VAV Boxes. • DataAire CRAC Units for Computer Rooms. • Dynamic Air Filtration Systems in combination with UV Resources UV lights in all AHU’s and RTU’s.
