The project was a design build project through Jamrog HVAC (also the installing mechanical engineer) that was engineered by Hesnor Engineering (Adams, MA office).

The project consists of Daikin Comfort Heat Recovery VRV Systems and a Daikin Applied Rebel Unit serving the majority of the building for comfort cooling/heating and fresh air.
There is an Oxygen Generator Room, which had specific air requirements that needed to be met for safety purposes. This space has its own Daikin Applied Rebel Unit with a Daikin Comfort Cooling Only Split System. Their CT Scanner room is also served by its own Daikin Comfort Split System as well.
